Scope and applicability
These terms and conditions apply to waiting list deposits, sold via https://seewithluna.com. By completing a transaction, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.
Product description and intended use
Luna Glass improves the visual perception of low-light environments that are normally too dark to perceive. Future adaptation of the device may include features such as magnification and high-contrast to support people with tasks such as reading. It is a medical device under EU Regulation 2017/745 (MDR) and is designed to assist people with visual impairments. The product is CE- and FCC-marked and conforms to all applicable safety and performance requirements in the EU, US and UK.
What you are purchasing
By paying the deposit, you are purchasing priority access to Luna Glass when it becomes available in your region. The deposit is not the full purchase price of the device and does not guarantee a specific delivery date. The full purchase price will vary from region to region.
Deposit amount and credit
The reservation deposit is €50. If you proceed to purchase Luna Glass when it becomes available in your region, the deposit will be deducted from the final purchase price at checkout.
Estimated availability
The current estimated launch window is Q4 of 2026, but this is an estimate and may change due to product development, manufacturing, logistics, or regulatory timelines.
Refunds and cancellation
You may request a full refund of the deposit at any time before shipment, for any reason. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used, typically within 10 business days (timing may vary by payment provider).
Invitation to purchase
When Luna Glass becomes available in your region, we will contact you with an invitation to complete your purchase. If you do not complete your purchase, you may keep your reservation (where available) or request a refund.
Warranty
Luna Glass is covered by a 1-year legal warranty unless otherwise specified by local regulations. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-conformity but excludes misuse or unauthorized alterations. To claim warranty, contact us at support@lunaglasses.nl with proof of purchase.
Medical device obligations
This product is not a substitute for professional medical advice or regular eye care. Users are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before use. Any adverse events or issues must be reported to Luna and relevant authorities as per MDR (in the EU) regulations.
